CONSIGNOR'S DROP & GO Option! Consignors, this is the quickest way to have your items checked in at the event! To qualify for Drop & Go you must put your barcode labels on your items at home before coming to Drop & Go (you can pick labels up early from us or print them in color at home) and choose to DONATE ALL ITEMS. At drop off we will verify the requirements are met, then you'll fill out your consignor paperwork and we will unload your car for you! At that point you can leave your items for us to inspect and put out in the store for you. How great is that?!
We will have a curbside consignor drop off option this sale so you can stay in your vehicle during the check in process. To Qualify your items need to be pre-labelled and clothing should be in number order according to your inventory sheet. We will do a quick check to make sure everything is there, then you can go. We will put your items out in the store for you. Your items can STILL BE GUARANTEED. There is a small $5 fee for this service added to your consignor fee when you choose this option. In order to keep your wait time down, you will need to choose an appointment time on the Sign Up Genius link posted on the home page of the website.

In order to provide the best environment for everyone, we are limiting the number of consignors in the store at any one time during consignor check in. If you want to label your items in the store during consignor check in, you will need to sign up for an appointment. We will not be taking any walk-ins. We will have two days and multiple times to choose from. The sign up link will be posted on our main website page soon.
We will no longer be accepting breast pumps or Junior's formal dresses at our sales. Thank you for understanding.
Yes, you heard right! Ticket and Pass holders for the Pre-Sale shopping times can now bring a guest to shop with them instead of just their spouse or parent! So grab your best friend, aunt, sister, parent, spouse or neighbor to shop with. Every ticket/pass admits the ticket holder and one guest. We will be adhering to the one guest rule during Pre-Sale so we can provide a responsible shopping experience for everyone during this time.
Consignors can bring 25 infant items in any combination of sizes newborn - 9 mo. Because we receive a large quantity of these items at the events, we will limit each consignor to 25 of your best infant clothes from 0-9 months. Any clothes that are in this size range will count toward your 25 items. LIMITED SIZES INCLUDE: newborn, 0-3mo,0-6mo,3mo,3-6mo,3-9mo,6mo, 6-9mo, 6-12mo,9mo,9-12mo.

We accept boys and girls sizes up to size 20 and junior sizes up to 15 in teen styles. Acceptance of adult sized items in juniors clothing is at the discretion of Rhea Lana's.
Are you interested in working at one of our events and shopping on Friday during our Launch Party? Employees are paid minimum wage and have the option to purchase a ticket for the exclusive employees only Launch Party. You must work a minimum of 12 hours to qualify for Launch Party shopping. As a Consignor, you have the option to print your barcodes at home. Please remember to print these labels in COLOR using the Avery 5160 size address labels. For consignors who print barcode labels at home, or pick barcode labels up from us and label items at home, we WILL guarantee them if the items are brought to the store in numerical order and the labels are printed correctly. Once we confirm that all of the items are present or accounted for, we're happy to GUARANTEE them!
We will re-open the database for RESTOCK items. Drop off for restock items will be on Sunday after Pre-Sale! We will be accepting restock items such as toys, kid's furniture, books, games and baby gear/equipment. We are NOT accepting any clothing or shoes for restock. Specific date and time will posted closer to the event
"Because of our high regard for the safety of children and in light of the recent ruling by the CPSC, Rhea Lana's Inc. will no longer be accepting ANY cribs manufactured before December 2010. Cribs manufactured between December 2010 and June 28, 2011, must have a certificate of compliance and not be recalled to be consigned with Rhea Lana's. Any crib manufactured after June 28, 2011, and has not been recalled, can be consigned as long as it meets Rhea Lana's quality standards."
If you are not able to pick up your items on pick up day and do not want to donate them, you may send someone else to pick up your items. We are not able to guarantee items that are picked up by someone other than the consignor. Please make sure the person picking up your items knows your consignor number and brings their personal ID.
CHECKS will no longer be an accepted form of payment at the Rhea Lana's of Benton-Bryant events. We will accept cash, debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
